EXPERT GUIDANCE

Your Event Planning Questions Answered

01 Pricing & Booking

How much do you charge for DJ hire?
Pricing is bespoke. We calculate costs based on your venue location (serving Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, and Cambridgeshire), the event duration, and the scale of production required. Request a quote.
What is your booking and deposit process?
We require a £100 deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. All bookings are confirmed with a professional digital contract.
Are there travel fees for my location?
Travel within our main counties (Suffolk & Essex) is generally included. If your venue is further afield, we will provide a transparent travel cost in your initial quote.

02 Music & Planning

Can we choose the music and make a playlist?
Yes! Every client gets a login to our Online Planning Dashboard. You can build a custom playlist, designate "must-plays," and list any songs you definitely don't want to hear.
Do you take requests from guests?
We are happy to take requests on the night. We use our expertise to blend these into the mix so the dancefloor energy remains high.
What genres of music do you play?
We are open-format DJs. We cover everything from Club Classics, 80s & 90s, Soul, Motown to current Chart, House, and RnB.

03 Technical & Venue Details

How long does setup and pack down take?
Standard DJ setup takes 45 to 60 minutes. We arrive an hour before our start time. Photo Booths and Fun Casinos take approximately 30-45 minutes to set up.
Are you insured and is your equipment safe?
We hold £10m Public Liability Insurance and all equipment is PAT tested annually. We can provide these certificates directly to your venue coordinator.
What are your power and space requirements?
We typically require two 13-amp power sockets within 5 meters of the area. For space, a standard DJ setup needs roughly 3m x 2m.

04 Photo Booths & Extras

How do the Photo Booths/Magic Mirrors work?
All our booths come with an attendant, a large prop box, and unlimited prints. Your guests get a physical copy, and you receive a digital gallery after the event.
Can we add a Saxophonist or Bongo Player?
Yes, we offer live musical upgrades. A Sax or Percussionist can play alongside the DJ to create an incredible high-energy "Ibiza style" atmosphere.
Do you offer early setup for Weddings?
Yes. If you need equipment in place before your wedding breakfast or during the afternoon, we offer an early setup service to avoid disruption.
